The medical office management program is offered online and at our Kaplan University campus. Prior to graduation, you will be required to complete an externship at a real-world health care facility to gain the valuable on-the-job experience many employers demand.

Prepare for Certification

Certification is an important qualification often required by employers. When you graduate from this program you will be eligible to pursue medical office management certifications, such as the Certified Medical Administrative Specialist (CMAS) examination given by the American Medical Technologists.
